Brendan S. Leary joined the Office of the Federal Public Defender in 2006. Before joining the office, Brendan was an Associate with Steptoe and Johnson, PLLC in the litigation department. Before that, he served as a law clerk for W. Craig Broadwater, United States District Judge and James E. Seibert, United States Magistrate Judge. Originally from Charleston, West Virginia, and before he attended law school, Brendan served a term on City Council for the City of Charleston.
