Heather Doyle joined the Office of the Federal Public Defender in 2005 – at the inception of the Federal Public Defender opening an office in Martinsburg.  Before this Ms. Doyle was a paralegal at the Berkeley County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office concentrating on case review for Grand Jury. Ms. Doyle has over forty years of experience as a paralegal in criminal and civil law. She has worked in state, federal and private law firms in New York, Massachusetts and West Virginia.   Ms. Doyle is the paralegal supporting the Martinsburg Office of the Federal Public Defender.
